Conference Policies and Rates

Conference 2012 Registration and Payment Information

  • All registrations are to be submitted online.
  • Payment will be accepted by check, credit card, or purchase order.
  • PASAP's Federal ID # (employer identification number) is 23-2619764. Download a copy of PASAP's Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification (W-9). 
  • All payments by check or credit card must be made by March 31, 2012 (including payments by purchase order). Once you finalize registration, it is your responsibility to print out your invoice and submit it with your purchase order or other request for payment.
  • Registration will remain open throughout the conference.

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be received in writing, postmarked by February 4, 2012

    Cancellations received prior to the cutoff date will receive a refund less a $50.00 service charge.  Cancellations after the cutoff date, failure to attend or failure to notify the PASAP office in writing will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.  Substitutes are always wekcome.

    No refunds will be granted due to inclement weather.

    Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Events

    If the PASAP conference cannot be conducted due to acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid registrant will receive any gifts provided to conference attendees. Membership dues of registrants and other fixed conference expenses will be paid from the registration funds. Any remaining funds will be refunded to registrants. PASAP is not responsible for any other costs incurred by registrants in connection with the conference.


    Professional Development Credits

    We are pleased to announce that PASAP and the Conference 2012 is approved for professional development credits by the following organizations:

       *PA Department of Education is an Act 48 Approved Provider.  You can earn up to 14 hours of Act 48 credit (full conference attendance)
     
       
    *Social Work credits will be offered again this year. A payment of $10 will be collected from interested participants at the time of conference check-in. Confirmation of completed workshop attendance hours is forwarded to the University of Pittsburgh at the conclusion of the conference.  Certificates are then mailed directly to participants within a few weeks.
