Membership Annoucement

As per our past communications, the PASAP Board of Directors has approved the transition from a rolling membership renewal process to a static renewal in the fall of each year where all members would renew during the same time period. The return to a static yearly membership renewal is preferred by many of our members due to the alignment with school calendars and fiscal budgets.

All memberships will expire on June 30 of each year. However, we will allow a grace period to renew until October 1 to accommodate the start of school schedules and necessary approval procedures.

Due to the transition to a new website, membership, and event management provider over the past few months, we will extend the window for renewal this year until November 30, 2010 to allow everyone the opportunity to make this transition easily with us. Please see the renewal directions below.

As we continue to look for ways to better support our members, we hope you find this transition more convenient and in line with District/Agency budgetary practices. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we make this transition.

Thank you again for your support of PASAP and the work that you do every day to support the youth of our Commonwealth.

Group Membership

PASAP welcomes the membership of groups. Schools or agencies that join as a group will receive membership at a discounted price as well as receive a discount at conference or other event registrations. Every member of the group maintains all of the rights of an individual member including voting rights and full access to the Members Only portion of the website.

Groups must provide one contact person for the group who will Join/Renew and then enter the name and email address of each of the individual members to be included in the group. This new feature allows each group to maintain an accurate listing of their group members and contact information.

The detailed steps to Join or Renew as a group membership are provided below. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at membership@pasap.org.

We thank you for you support of SAP and PASAP.
