Clarion Psychiatric Center is a major regional resource for Inpatient Psychiatric Treatment. It is located on 14 acres in Clarion, PA and is a 74 bed behavioral health facility that treats children, adolescents and adults in a peaceful therapeutic environment. For more than 20 years, Clarion has helped people overcome a wide range of mental illnesses. The multi-disciplinary staff at Clarion is made up of caring and highly skilled clinicians. Transportation is available for patients and their family members for admissions and discharges. Clarion Psychiatric Center also offers a child and adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program for school age children. That provides acute, short-term treatment during the day.

Drug Free Pennsylvania is a statewide non-profit organization that provides businesses with cost-effective drug-free workplace programs such as drug testing, employee assistance, policy development, and supervisor, employee, and parent training. Drug Free Pennsylvania also delivers innovative anti-drug media campaigns and media literacy education programs that strive to raise awareness, change behaviors, and inspire action to prevent substance abuse.
At our table during the PASAP Conference you will find materials that describe out Drug-Free Workplace Solutions program for businesses, non-profits, government agencies, and others. Also available will be brochures that describe our "Straight Talk for Parents!" program. This program, which is being offered via evening seminars throughout Pennsylvania, is designed to assist parents and caregivers as they strive to learn more about substances that are being used in their communities. Finally, there will be information flyers about Drug Free Pennsylvania’s media literacy seminars that will be taking place in April and May, 2011 in Philadelphia, State College, and Pittsburgh.

Southwood offers acute psychiatric care for males and females ages 4-18, which are in need of crisis stabilization and/or specialized behavioral health care. The intake and assessment department are available 24 hours a day. All care is directed and supervised by a licensed Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. Southwood also provides psychiatric RTF through three distinct treatment programs; a Sexually Maladaptive Behaviors RTF, Mental Retardation/Dual Diagnosed RTF and Prosperity Campus. All programs provide high levels of structure and are based on CASSP principles. Southwood’s programs are fully accredited by the Joint Commission and PA’s Department of Public Welfare.

The Highmark Caring Place, A Center for Grieving Children, Adolescents and Their Families, is dedicated to grieving children and families, supporting them in their journey toward hope after a loved one dies.
