Erin Keating is the Principal of two (2) elementary centers in the Wyoming Valley West School District, near Wilkes- Barre, PA. Erinreceived her BSED in English from West Chester University. She later received her MED from Wilkes University. Erin began her career as a middle school English teacher, and then served as an assistant principal at Wyoming Valley West High School; most recently accepting an elementary principal position. She has been involved with the SAP program for the past ten (10) years as a team member and building coordinator. Outside of Wyoming Valley West, Erin teaches English at Luzerne County Community College and graduate education courses at King's College.

Alycia Lenart has been employed by Caron Treatment Centers as a Student Assistance Specialist for over five years. She is a skilled group facilitator trainer who has provided educational seminars for facility, students and parents to public and independent schools. Alycia also coordinates SAP services within schools including assessment services, group facilitation and interventions. She has been providing maintenances to both public and private schools in Pennsylvania, as well as New Jersey, Delaware, and Connecticut for the last six years. She has also served as a consultant in the development of elementary and secondary student assistance programs as well as assisting in drug and alcohol policy development. She is a Commonwealth Approved Lead Trainer for the last two years. Prior to her work at the Caron Foundation, Mrs. Lenart worked with adolescents who had experienced violence in their home environment.

Sally Hanzlik serves an Assistant Principal for the Emmaus High School in the East Penn School District located in suburban northeastern Pennsylvania. She also serves as the Principal of Learning To Succeed (LTS), the district’s evening alternative education program. Sally graduated from Kutztown University and Lehigh University with a Bachelors of Science in Secondary Education and a Masters in Educational Leadership. She holds PA certificates in 7-12 Social Studies, K-12 Principal, and Supervisory in Curriculum and Instruction. She served the school community as a social studies teacher and the student assistant coordinator. Sally volunteers her time in the local community as a member of the Community Justice Panel and Lehigh County Historical Society.

Kim Rimmey is currently a Student Assistance Liaison working with the Centre County MH/MR. As such, she attends SAP team meetings and provides feedback and recommendations to parents and students following assessment. Kim also in-services students and staff regarding SAP issues. She is a member of the Centre County District Council and has actively participated in the planning of the annual spring conference.

Scott Owens is in his fifteenth year working for the State College Area School District in Special Education at various grade levels and schools. For the last eleven years Scott has worked at the Delta Program, which is a school of choice offered to State College students in grades seven through twelve. He received SAP training in 1999 and has been the SAP Chair at Delta since 2000. In 2006, Scott became a Certified Instructor for State College schools in CPI Training (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention). In the spring of 2007, Scott introduced a nine week Beginning Sign class for Delta students. As a sports enthusiast he has run intramurals and officiated many activities including volleyball, track, basketball, racquetball, weight training, and softball. Scott has been a past or current board member of: National Cued Speech Assoc., Patton Township Business Assoc., and the "Walk to Cure Diabetes" - JDRF committee.

Lindie Gnan is the Prevention Director for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Inc. (ADAS), and working on her eighth year with the agency. Lindie is a Commonwealth Approved traineer for the Student Assistance Program. She has acted as a SAP liaison throughout her career with ADAS. She also works with the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Programs as a trainer on Gambling Addiction, Student Assistance Leadership Training, Prevention Specialist Training, PCPC, Confidentiality and several other programs. Lindie a Certified Prevention Specialist, and is currrently working on her Masters in Human Service Administration. As a former swimmer herself Lindie, is in her eighth year of coaching for the Ridgway YMCA swim team. She has coached hundreds of swimmers who have moved onto the State and National levels of competition, including her own children

Terry L. Kerr currently serves the Titusville Area School District, located in rural northwestern Pennsylvania, as the Assistant Superintendent of Schools. He is a graduate of Gannon University and Edinboro University with a B.S. Degree in Secondary Education and a Masters of Counselor Education. Terry also holds a PA certificate in School Administration and obtained his Letter of Eligibility in 2006. In his 30 years in education, he has held positions as a social studies teacher, guidance counselor, building principal and Director of Student Services prior to his current position, all with Titusville Schools. Terry has been actively involved in student assistance since 1986. Terry is currently serving on the Genesis Family Center Board of Directors, the Titusville Housing Authority Board and the Board of the Health in Titusville, PA.

Joel Wentling has served as a School Administrator in the Conneaut School District for the past thirteen years. He currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Conneaut Lake High School. Joel holds a B.A. in Secondary Education from Grove City College, and also holds a M.A. Ed. from Westminster College in Counselor Education and Secondary Administration. Joel has served on Student Assistance Teams since 1994. He is the past chairman of the Crawford County Drug and Alcohol Advisory Council as well as a member of the Crawford County Children's Advisory Council.

John Sushereba has worked in the mental health field for close to 30 years. He has both a BA and MA in clinical psychology, and is also a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. He has worked as outpatient thrapist most of his career, but also served as a supervisor at a large adolescent partial hospitalization program. He has worked in many school districts as a mental health consultant prior to, and under the Student Assistance Program. He is a certified trainer for the mental health portions of the SAP trainings for the IU5. He is currently full time with Perseus House and the Erie School District at their Alternative Education Programs consulting as Mental Health Specialist. He was asked to speak at a retreat from the Marine Base in Camp Pendleton in California to over 25 military Chaplains on topics of "Dealing with Loss and Grief" and "Caregivers Taking Care of Themselves" following losses sustained in the war on terrorism in Afghanistan. He also maintains a weekly caseload as a Mobile Therapist in the Erie area for Stairways, Inc. One of his greatest privledges was donating a kidney six years ago. He wishes sincerly that he could do it again for someone else. One the side, he is very acive as a NOVA(National Organization for Victim Assistance) trained and certified crisis responder for Pennsylvania's KCIT(Keystone Crisis Intervention Team), having served on a number of deployments, and is their representative on the Northwest PA Regional task Force. He has been doing trainings for our state CASSP in Mental Health/Depression/Suicide topics and the Columbia University TeenScreen, and the Signs of Suicide instruments. He also serves the state on the Emergency Behavioral Health Response Advisory Consortium. He has presented seminars at the State SAP Mental Health Liaison Conference and at the CASSP Conference among others.

Khrystin Herb is a special education teacher with the Spring-Ford School District. Since 1995 she has been a member of her school's SAP team and currently leads the activities of the team. Khrystin has developed and implemented several prevention/intervention programs in her school including Peace Week, Drug Prevention Week, and SADD. As a certified EMT, she also volunteers her time with a local medical emergency service.

Kathlen J. Herr is currently employed as Director of Education and Training by Compass Mark, Lancaster, PA. She is responsible for overseeing all of Compass Mark's programs including educational, intervention and professional workshops for school personnel, treatment providers and prevention professionals. Additionally, she is involved with both the Lancaster County SAP district council and Lancaster County SAP management teams. She is Lead Trainer for Compass Mark's Commonwealth Approved Student Assistance Program training offerings. Additional responsibilities include grant writing and involvement with advisory boards, CTC boards, focus groups and meeetings, including the SAP Liaison Teams. Kathleen is co-chair for the PA Commonwealth Approved Trainers and is a part of the statewide suicide prevention monitoring committee.

Becky Deihl joined InnerLink in June, 2007, following a successful career as a Health and Physical Education teacher and Student Assistance Prevention Coordinator. She worked for the Penns Valley School District for eight years and in the Phillipsburg-Osceola School District for six years. Both districts are located in Centre County. Ms. Deihl is a certified state instructor for the Health Education Assessment Project, a joint venture between the Council of Chief State School Officers and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She now coordinates the Development of content and new application for etools for schools, InnerLink's premier application for Coordinated School Health implementation in Pennsylvania.

Lisa Sviben Miller received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. Lisa has specialized in working with children andadolescents in a treatment setting as well as within the school setting. She was a Commonwealth Approved Training provider for the Student Assistance Program and is trained as an instructor for Safe Crisis Management, the Olweus Bullying Program, the Second Stp Violenc Prevention Program and various other programs. She is currently the Mental Health/Intervention Specialist and Director of Safe Schools & Student Services for the Derry Township School District in Hershey, PA. In her current role, Lisa coordinates the Student Assistance Programs k-12, Violence Prevention, Crisis Management, the Incident Response Team as well as all Safe Schools and Student Services efforts for the district. Lisa is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA).

Joseph Blazin is the mental health liaison for 14 SAP teams in Somerset County. He has been working with SAP teams for 17 years. Joe attends Student Assistance meetings in most of his schools on a weekly basis. He completes mental health assessments as requested and meets with parents to discuss recommendations. In many of his schools, Joe participates with other team members to do SAP orientations for students and does faculty and staff in-services also. Joe has also co-facilitated student support and education groups on various topics such as grief/loss, healthy relationships and adolescent issues groups. Joe is also lead mental health representative to all Somerset County schools when postvention services are required. Joe started his 37th year at Somerset Mental Health in September, 2008, and in addition to his role as a mental health liaison working with Student Assistance teams in Somerset County, he also serves as an on-call crisis worker for that agency.

Lori Cooper-Ott has been employed in the Substance Abuse prevention, intervention and treatment field since 1978. She currently supervises a staff of 12 Prevention and Student Assistance Liaisons, serving 25 school districts across York and Adams Counties. Lori has been a Commonwealth Approved SAP Trainer since 1989, member of LIU 12 Training Team (serving York, Adams, and Franklin Counties). She earned a B.S. in Health Education from West Chester University and M.Ed. in Health Education from Pennsylvania State University. Lori is a Pennsylvania Certified Additions Counselor, Certified Health Educator, NOVA Crisis Responder and Trainer, Community Emergency Response Team member, and is also as a trainer of several prevention curriculum. She has been a guest lecturer at P.S.U. Capitol Campus, York College of Pennsylvania and Harrisburg Area Community College – York Campus and has extensive experience working with school systems, community service providers, juvenile and adult justice systems, and adolescents and their families.

Deborah Sagan has recently retired after being in the field of education for 34 years. She has taught special education as well as regular education. Deborah has been active in the Student Assistance Program since 1995. During the last ten years, she has held the position of Student Assistance Coordinator in the North Allegheny School District, one of the first districts in Western Pennsylvania to establish a Student Assistance Program. Deb is a trainer for the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, assistant coach of the District Mock Trial Team and competes regularly in triathlons.

Donna Kean is the Executive Director of the Saint Vincent College Prevention Projects, an agency that has been training SAP team members since 1984. Previously Donna was the Westmoreland County SAP Coordinator, a position that she held for 13 years. She has been active in the field of student assistance since 1989 as an assistant lead SAP trainer for the Prevention Projects, implementing a county-wide SAP collaborative process, and involvement with SAP task forces and subcommittees for the PA Department of Education. Donna has served on the SAP Masonic Scholarship Review Committee and has been a PASAP member since 1989. She is active in numerous Westmoreland County community organizations and consistently promotes SAP awareness.

Darrrin Donmoyer is the Student Assistance team Leader for Penn Manor Area School District. He oversees three SAP teams, including 45 team members, at two middle schools and the high school, conducting approximately 40 mental health and/or alcohol and other drug assessments per year with students/families and making recommendations for assistance and treatment. He has assisted in the implementation of the distric random student drug screening program and assisted in the policy development of the district prevention program. Darrin has served as the program director for the Manos House, Drug and Alchol Rehabilitation Services Program where he managed the program behavior system and oversaw the client treatment and the marketing and maintenance of 17 counties in Pennsylvania. He has worked as a juvenile officer for several years.
